"Above and beyond the all expectations. Moving from out of state to AZ, we believe we got extremely lucking in finding Jeff and Celeste McIvor as realtors. After a Zoom meeting introduction, they immediately began sending us homes to review. If we liked a property, they would go out and make their own walk-thru videos for us (I am a bit embarrassed when I think of how many videos they did) Once we found a home, they gave us recommendations for different contractors when we asked for them (and these folks were also amazing). These were for inspection services, landscapers, handyman, carpet people, painting contractors, HVAC everything.
